The galvanized duct support is attached to the roof via a base plate welded with a continuous weld. Attachment to the structure follows structural calculations and can be achieved through base plate attachment to a concrete structure or base plate attachment to roofed-in sleepers. Roof attachment to the structure is provided by others. Duct support attachment methods are designated as option A for concrete structure or option B for roofed-in sleepers.
