A five-gallon chemical pot feeder connects to the main piping loop with one-inch lines incorporating typical unions and isolation valves. A pump sits on the main line alongside a line-sized ball or butterfly valve to control flow. A one-inch drain valve with a hose connection ties into the bottom of the pot feeder. The exact installation location is determined by the water treatment contractor.
