A roof-mounted exhaust fan is secured to a prefabricated roof curb with spring vibration isolators and seismic snubbers featuring an integral weather cover. The exhaust fan assembly connects to supply, return, and outside air ducts via flexible connections and bolted, gasketed galvanized iron joints. A 20-gauge galvanized iron curb cap and flashing provide weatherproofing at the roof penetration, while guy wires stabilize the stack which incorporates a 45-degree discharge and a stainless steel birdscreen attached with bent-down tabs and stainless steel bolts. Chilled water and hot water coils connect within the ductwork, supported by a condensate drain line sloped at 1/8 inch per foot and suspended with steel all-thread rods and spring vibration isolators anchored to the structure.
