Ceiling-hung equipment is suspended using threaded support rods equipped with rod stiffeners and diagonal cable braces. Transverse and longitudinal cable braces extend from the support members at an angle between thirty and ninety degrees. Support rods feature a forty-five degree angle requirement for bracing stability. Cable connections tie the suspended unit to the overhead structural system.
