A concrete housekeeping pad is mounted on a structural concrete slab with a minimum thickness of 6 inches. The pad is reinforced with pad reinforcing bars and tied to the structural slab using embedded L-shaped reinforcing bars and chemical anchors, as well as female wedge anchors and threaded rods. Equipment is anchored to the housekeeping pad according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
