A plate and frame heat exchanger is mounted on a concrete housekeeping pad and connected to load and source piping networks. Pressure gauges and quarter-inch tubing lines route to the atmosphere and floor drains. Pressure relief valves are set to fifteen psi below the rated operating pressure of the heat exchanger.
