Suspended mechanical piping is supported by a trapeze hanger system hung from overhead roof joists. The horizontal trapeze channel carries three parallel pipes and is suspended via threaded rods sized and provided by the mechanical contractor along with auxiliary steel, seismic hangers, and bracing. A sway brace extends from the trapeze assembly to an exterior wall or adjacent structure as required. The exterior wall requires blocking provided by the general contractor.
