Suspended equipment or ductwork connects to the overhead structure using a three-eighths-inch diameter threaded rod joined by a B-Line B-655 rod coupling and hung from a B-Line B-446 swivel hanger. A Mason 30N one-inch deflection vibration isolator secures to a B-Line B-22 Unistrut channel at the support point using heavy-duty washers and nuts. A B-Line B-22 stiffener with cradle clips must be provided if dimension X exceeds thirty-six inches. Lateral seismic bracing is achieved using four one-quarter-inch stainless steel aircraft cables secured with cable clips and tied back to a B-Line B335 adjustable hinge.
