An eighteen gauge boot secures airtight to a round supply duct sized per plan. A dual deflection register with forty-five degree adjustable horizontal and vertical vanes mounts to the boot. An opposed blade damper regulates airflow through the assembly, maintaining a two-inch minimum clearance from the horizontal alignment line.
