Acoustic and thermal duct liner is adhered to the interior of a galvanized iron duct using a one hundred percent coverage adhesive such as Miracle PF 96. The top and bottom sections of the liner overlap the sides, with the ends of the liner coated in adhesive not more than two inches from the edge and butted firmly together. Metal fasteners including Omark Insul-Pins, Duro Dyne fasteners, or Grip Nails are installed at a maximum spacing of twelve inches center-to-center using a pneumatic air hammer or automatic fastener equipment. All supply air ducts are wrapped externally per specifications.
