A base plate secures the roof structure to the concrete structure using mechanical anchors with roofing materials applied by the general contractor. A separate sleeper attachment details a base plate lagged into the sleeper over waterproofing provided by others. The sleeper is roofed in and attached to the structure as needed with general contractor roofing materials.
