A return air grille connects to a full-size lined duct that transitions to a full width and half height configuration, maintaining a minimum height of six inches. The duct connection to the grille is sealed airtight. The boot extends a minimum of six inches above the grille and twelve inches past the grille, and the entire assembly is supported from the structure above.
