An upblast exhaust fan mounts directly to a level roof curb set over sloped roof construction. The exhaust duct extends through the curb and over the top of the curb beneath a curb cap. Wood nailers, cant strips, roof insulation, and flashing details are coordinated per architectural drawings. The top of the roof curb remains level regardless of roof slope.
