Flexible acoustical duct connects to a ceiling diffuser utilizing a round duct connector or adaptor for rectangular diffusers. The flexible duct length spans a maximum of seven feet and a minimum of five feet when fully extended. A volume damper regulates airflow within the rigid duct section. The duct is supported by a strap hanger and tied back to the overhead structure with tie-wire. Acoustical lining and thermal insulation line the diffuser box and neck assembly.
