A flexible duct connects to a round duct collar extending from the main duct. The flexible duct lining is secured over the collar using a stainless steel flexible duct clamp behind a retaining bead on the collar. Duct sealant is applied between the lining and the duct for medium pressure ducts operating at plus two inches water column or higher. The flexible duct jacket and insulation are secured over the connection with a second stainless steel flexible duct clamp.
