An exposed round duct is suspended from the overhead building structure using a two-inch wide, 18-gauge hanger strap wrapped around the duct circumference. A threaded rod connects to a building attachment at the structure and extends down to a turnbuckle for height adjustment. The lower end of the assembly features a threaded eye connection joined to the hanger strap via a bolted connection.
