Suspended mechanical piping for heating hot water return and supply is supported by a traxepe assembly hung from threaded rods with rod stiffener angles or struts. Pipe clamps or U-bolts secure the insulated pipes to the trapeze support. L2x2x1/4 steel bracing provides lateral seismic restraint at a maximum spacing of six feet, anchored with seismic brackets and transverse bracing at twelve feet on center.
