An air intake hood connects to flexible ductwork via a rigid collar assembly. A forty-five-degree rain shield protects the intake opening, backed by an integrated bird screen to prevent debris and wildlife entry. Flexible duct connections attach to both sides of the SPF-R-2 unit using standard mechanical fastening bands. The entire assembly is mounted onto a raised structural base.
