A vertical pipe support is welded to an elbow carrying a pipe of size A, anchored to a concrete floor slab with a square base plate and expansion bolt anchors. The vertical pipe support size B is welded to the pipe elbow with a continuous weld. The base plate rests on a three-quarter-inch leveling grout layer over a concrete floor slab having a minimum strength of 3500 psi. Expansion bolt anchors secure the base plate, with specific sizes and dimensions provided in the accompanying sizing table for varying pipe diameters up to thirty inches.
