An in-line pump is mounted to an equipment pad by others and connected to piping via Metraflex rubber sphere or braided flexible connectors. A Vic-300 butterfly valve and a strainer are installed on the suction side, while a Vic Venturi check valve series 779 and another butterfly valve are located on the discharge side. A compound pressure gauge, Weiss model LF25S or LF4S, is tied into the piping network using a needle valve for system monitoring.
