A small condensing unit with a maximum weight of 225 pounds rests on four neoprene isolator pads of model Super W Masonwest or equal. The isolator pads and unit anchorage tabs bolt directly to a level concrete pad with cap, which bears over the roof level and roof deck. Electrical inlets and refrigerant piping are routed per plans and sized per the manufacturer's recommendations. Flashing, weatherproofing, platform, and anchorage details are coordinated per referenced architectural and structural notes.
