Power is supplied via a 120 VAC line with hot, neutral, and green ground wires connecting to a power supply transformer designated PSAC-1 with a 100 VA capacity, stepping down to 24 VAC for the controller. The Johnson Controls FEC2600 controller receives the 24 VAC power and interfaces with four lower I/O channels consisting of analog inputs, analog outputs, binary outputs, and binary inputs. Communication is routed through MSTP bus connections to the next device, with the shield tied together and taped back without grounding.
