Mechanical piping crosses a building seismic joint, with locations determined per architectural and structural drawings. The piping system passes through a wall via a standard pipe sleeve and an oversized pipe sleeve to accommodate movement. A flexible-hose packless expansion joint is integrated between pipe offsets to absorb seismic displacement. The assembly is supported by multiple pipe hangers positioned at specific locations along the run, complemented by a typical pipe anchor.
