A pipe penetrates a wall structure through a Link-Seal type wall sleeve embedded in the assembly. A water stop and anchor collar are typically welded or secured to the sleeve to anchor it within the wall structure and prevent water migration. Mechanical fasteners clamp the assembly tightly around the pipe penetration.
