A pipe penetrates through a concrete slab and roof assembly encased in a pipe sleeve. The pipe is wrapped in pipe insulation and secured with a split band set in mastic. Copper flashing extends down over a counter flashing that protects the roof insulation and roof membrane. A 1/2 inch by 1/4 inch seal ring provides a watertight seal at the base of the flashing against the slab.
