Insulated piping is supported by a 20-gauge galvanized iron saddle positioned on a one-and-a-half by one-and-a-half-inch structural angle. A high-density insulation insert lines the lower half of the pipe beneath a standard pipe clamp. The pipe clamp is secured to the angle using a one-quarter-inch diameter bolt, nut, and washer assembly. The entire trapeze assembly hangs from one-half-inch diameter hanger rods secured to the nearest rigid structure.
