Concrete housekeeping pads are provided beneath all mechanical equipment and extend eight inches beyond the equipment on all sides. The pad features a typical thickness of four inches unless noted otherwise. Reinforcement consists of number four rebar spaced at twelve inches on center in both directions within the pad. Anchor bolts measuring three-quarters of an inch in diameter by six inches long are embedded in the structural slab at four-foot centers, with a contractor option to bore holes after the concrete is poured and fill them.
