The piping arrangement connects to the cooling or heating coil using a three-way modulating control valve paired with a calibrated balancing valve. Isolation valves and a strainer are installed on the main line to protect and service the equipment. Pressure and temperature test plugs are positioned alongside unions for maintenance access, and a three-quarter-inch ball valve with a hose thread provides a drain connection. An air vent is located at the high point of the piping, and all components are arranged to maintain required service clearances.
