A condensing unit or heat pump rests on a neoprene pad atop a concrete slab. The equipment housing is secured to a sixteen gauge galvanized corner brace using two number ten by one-half inch plated tek screws. The corner brace is anchored to the concrete slab with a one-quarter inch by one and one-quarter inch head masonry fastener.
