A lined sheet metal transfer duct of size per plans routes over a demising wall and between ceiling spaces. The assembly interfaces with a referenced architectural ceiling and a full-height demising wall. Acoustical seals are provided per specifications at wall penetrations, and duct hangers are installed per specifications.
