An air handling unit base rail mounts to a concrete equipment pad using a spring isolator equipped with a neoprene pad. The assembly includes stainless steel or chrome-plated fasteners as required where exposed to weather. Roofing and waterproofing are provided by the general contractor, with vibration isolation and bolted or welded unit attachment executed per structural submittal.
