A round branch duct connects to a rectangular main supply duct using a spin-in type duct collar. A volume damper is installed within the round branch duct to control airflow to the supply diffuser. The maximum round branch duct size is limited to twelve inches in diameter, with larger take-offs requiring a separate low-pressure detail reference.
