A wall louver and motorized control damper are installed within a twelve-inch sleeve passing through an exterior concrete panel. The assembly features sixteen-gauge fixed blade louvers on the exterior face and a control damper with an actuator. On the interior side, a twenty-four-gauge sheet metal plenum houses one-inch thick disposable filters and a one-quarter-inch mesh wire screen. The filter framework must fit tightly inside the sleeve opening, with exact sizing and locations referenced from the architectural plans.
