A wall cleanout assembly installed within a stud wall above the finished floor. A plugged tee with cleanout connects to vertical waste or vent piping that extends upward through the wall framing. Access to the cleanout plug is provided via a chrome wall cover secured with a screw flush against the wall finish. Below the floor slab, the waste piping transitions through typical one-eighth bends and forty-five degree wyes into the main waste piping run.
