A field-fabricated displacement grille plenum with a minimum depth of eighteen inches connects to the main ductwork above. The assembly incorporates a displacement grille featuring a flanged frame and a non-removable perforated face that is factory welded directly to the grille frame. The plenum is supported from the floor and secured using vandal-resistant fasteners spaced at a maximum of twelve inches on center typically. The bottom of the plenum sits zero feet eight inches above the finished floor level.
