A pipe hanger assembly suspends a pipe from an overhead concrete slab or wall maintaining a minimum six-inch spacing. The attachment utilizes structural steel framing anchored to the concrete and connected to a saddle or clamp assembly around the pipe. Fasteners secure the pipe collar and structural components together under the overhead substrate.
