An eggcrate grille assembly features sheet metal housing attached to T-bars within an acoustical ceiling tile system on one side, and secured with sheet metal angles and fasteners to a gypsum wallboard ceiling system on the other. The plenum space is wrapped with one inch of Armacell sheet lining. C-channel framing is required on all four sides by the general contractor.
