A vertical pipe penetrates a roof assembly supported by continuous glued-laminated beams. The assembly includes roof insulation and roofing layers, with reinforcement provided by others at the penetration point. A riser clamp secures the pipe, and a three-piece eyebrow flashing protects the upper penetration maintaining an eight-inch minimum clearance.
