The heating air source heat pump unit rests on a factory provided base that is isolated from the level concrete pad by neoprene pad isolators. The unit is anchored with bolts through the pad and connected to a unit mounted single point power and disconnect. The assembly measures 104 inches wide by 96 inches high, with a total length of 256 inches and a weight of 15,000 pounds. Structural platform and anchorage details are coordinated per structural sheet 01/2-S6.91, while piping connections are detailed on mechanical sheet 11-2-M7.03.
