The utility fan scroll connects to a drain leading into a grease separator positioned below. The separator features a vertical baffle located above the bottom, a water outlet, and a 1/2-inch flange out on the can. A removable access lid with a loose hem and a notch for the drain covers the separator, allowing for lid pull direction access.
