A vertical variable air volume box is supported by two-inch strut supports secured to the floor with post bases and braced laterally with angle brackets at four locations. The unit incorporates a pressure independent factory direct digital control variable air volume controller, a heating coil, and duct lining per specifications. A sheet metal dam is provided at the floor penetration for the supply duct. Duct diameters transition to three duct diameters or twenty-four inches, whichever is greater.
