A vertical buffer tank mounts directly onto a concrete housekeeping pad set upon the floor slab. The tank connects to overhead piping systems that incorporate inline valves and unions. An air admittance valve extends from the top of the tank, while a relief valve with piped discharge connects to the side. A three-quarter-inch drain line exits near the base for system drainage.
