A cold-formed steel header and jamb framing connection utilizing box studs and C-stud profiles sized per schedule. The bottom track sits within the assembly and is secured using number 10 sheet metal screws on each side, with a 1-1/2 inch flange track fastened at 6 inches on center. Additional connection is provided by 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch by 16-gauge angle clips fastened with three number 10 sheet metal screws on each leg top and bottom. Box stud jambs are constructed with paired C-studs configured according to the project specifications.
