A wall-mounted fan coil unit connects to outdoor utilities through a protective wall sleeve carrying insulated refrigerant piping and control wiring. The flexible drain hose from the unit inserts securely into the building condensate drain pipe for routing to the nearest drain. Line voltage power and control wiring extend directly to the outdoor condensing unit. Insulated refrigerant lines connect via flared fittings behind the wall penetration.
