A threaded support rod hangs from a steel support member via a welded beam attachment, secured with a weldless eyenut and a locking nut. The beam attachment is welded directly to the underside of the steel support member. A parallel detail shows a support rod secured to a concrete slab using a stainless steel concrete insert and a locking nut.
