A sheet metal plenum penetrates the exterior wall to house a garage supply fan assembly. A seven feet wide by twelve feet six inches high louver with a minimum fifty percent free area is provided by others at the exterior face. A backdraft damper is installed behind the louver to prevent backflow. A wall collar secures the assembly to the exterior wall using corrosion-resistant fasteners spaced six to ten inches around the perimeter and is caulked to the plenum. A wire guard protects the interior side of the fan unit.
