A boiler vent connector condensate drain routes acidic discharge from the boiler into a condensate trap provided with the boiler. A support holds the trap assembly above the boiler room floor adjacent to a six-inch housekeeping pad. The drain line extends through a neutralizer unit before discharging to a floor sink with an air gap.
