An insulated refrigerant piping assembly passes through an opening in the roof structure supported by a wood curb. A two-piece galvanized pipe flashing protects the penetration point at the roof surface. The cavity between the pipe and flashing is filled with expanding foam. The piping connects to fan coils on the interior and condensing units on the exterior.
