Type L copper drain pipe from the fan coil primary condensate drain connects to the sink tailpiece with a cleanout plug. A neoprene hose connection bridges the vertical drain drop to the P-trap assembly. A one-and-a-half-inch trap arm extends from the trap to the wall connection.
