A roof-mounted utility set exhaust fan connects to an intake duct featuring an automatic motorized control damper and a minimum of three straight duct diameters before the fan inlet. The unit is supported on the roof with vibration isolation and seismic restraints per specifications. A scroll drain extends from the housing to an approved receptor. The exhaust discharge terminates vertically with a bird screen a minimum of ten feet above the roof surface.
